Getting Started with Mobile Admin

The administrator who installed the Mobile Admin Server software provides the location of the Mobile Admin Client software to the users who plan to install it. For wireless installations, the administrator provides the URL of the client software. For installations from the desktop, the administrator provides the network location of the Mobile Admin Client software.

To get started with the Mobile Admin Client:

  1. Install the Mobile Admin Client.
  2. Log in to Mobile Admin for the first time and enter the Mobile Admin Server settings for your BlackBerry, Android, or Apple device.
  3. Set up or optimize your device for use with Mobile Admin.
  4. Start using Mobile Admin to manage your network.
